As outlined within the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”), personal information means information or an opinion about an individual whether it is true or not or recorded in a material form or not (“Personal Information”). Examples include but are not limited to a person’s name, address or image: anything that can be used to identify a person.

Confetti Candles (ABN 80 976 091 419) (“Confetti Candles” “us” or “we”) manages Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act.
